1. Acceptance
By using Clam you agree to these terms. If you're using Clam on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Clam to harm people, systems, or violate laws. Don't use it to generate CSAM, malware, or targeted harassment.
4. Content
You own the inputs and outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our 14-day guarantee.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. We may suspend service for material breach.
7. Warranty
Clam is provided 'as is'. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
